If you have been injured in a car accident, you are likely worried about medical bills and lost wages. The physical and emotional pain you feel is probably also taking a toll on you and your family. To make matters worse, the insurance company you are dealing with cares more about the bottom line than giving you the compensation you deserve.
Don’t go it alone! Ryan Davis is here to help you and your family get through this tough time. He can help you get money you need for your medical bills and lost wages. Additionally, Ryan can get you the compensation you deserve for the pain and suffering you’ve endured because of someone else’s carelessness.
Slip and falls
When most people think of slip and fall injuries, they think of situations in which someone falls at the grocery store. Grocery store accidents are very common, but slip and fall accidents occur on many other types of property like public stores, restaurants, and private residences.
Deeds and Wills
While wills and deeds are completely different documents — a will disposes of one’s estate upon death and a deed passes an interest in land or other real property — both of them have the effect of transferring ownership of property, and both can be used in disposing of such property in the context of estate planning.
Ryan Davis can assist in the collection and satisfaction of outstanding debt, enforcement of rights under liens, and recovery of court-ordered judgments.
